Over the last 20 years, Will has coached top-level executives responsible for large multinational businesses such as CEOs, CFOs, other CXOs, regional directors, and business unit directors in USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia. These were all leaders across a wide range of industries including financial services, semiconductors, technology, consumer goods, pharma, industrial, chemicals and more.
While coaching he has also built the world's #1 international coaching network which evolved into Global Coach Group (GCG) where he is currently the CEO and lead instructor.
Prior to becoming a full-time Executive & Leadership Coach, Will brings more than 30 years of in-depth experience in executive positions and managing businesses in Europe, North America and Asia.
