Become a GCG Certified Coach while earning ACC or PCC accrediation

Upon completing your registration, you will be receiving immediate access to the full certification program via email. If you are not satisfied after 90 days you can request a full refund. It is that simple.

You begin your free trial based on the certification of your choosing. Based on the certification, you will receive access to all lessons in the relevant eLearning course. You will only be limited by not having access to the Coach, Leader and/or Team Guides. Once your 14-day trial ends, you will unlock access to these valuable guides.

Free means free, but not forever. Your free trial is for 14 days, after which time your card will be charged according to the program you registered for. Either the entire one-time payment or the first monthly payment in the billing cycle. If however, you cancel before the trial period is over, you won't be charged. That means there are absolutely no fees levied during your first 14 days.

Yes, you'll receive an email notification 48 hours before your 14 day free trial ends. You can cancel any time during your free trial.

The ICF Credential Portfolio Path is a great way for getting the training requirements you need to become a credentialed coach under the ICF. The Complete path provides coaches with all the coach-specific training hours they need (60 for ACC; 125 for PCC) and all the mentor coaching hours (10 hours for ACC; 10 hours for PCC) to be ACC or PCC with the ICF. The Partial path is an excellent choice for coaches that have already acquired some coach-specific training hours, and need more to apply for ACC or PCC credential with the ICF. 

• The ACC Pathway Program is an extension of the GLC Program. The main differences are as follows:

  • Mentoring Coaching hours

    • Per ICF requirements, coaches are required to receive 10 hours of Mentor Coaching to apply for ACC status.
    • Coaches that join the ACC Pathway Program will take part in Mentor Coaching (12+ hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of personal mentoring) 

  • Synchronous Learning (SL) hours

    • Per ICF requirements, coaches are required to have a minimum of 60 hours of coach-specific training. Of the 60 hours required, at least 48 hours must be SL hours. 
    • Coaches that join the ACC Pathway Program will participate in Coaching Practice Labs & Reviews (25 hours) under the supervision of a PCC coach. These 25 hours are included in the SL hours requirement. 

• The PCC Pathway Program is an extension of the Global Leadership & Team Coach Certification Program. The main differences are as follows:

  • Mentoring Coaching hours

    • Per the ICF requirements, coaches are required to receive 10 hours of Mentor Coaching to apply for PCC status.
    • Coaches that join the PCC Pathway Program will take part in Mentor Coaching (12+ hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of personal mentoring).

  • Synchronous Learning (SL) hours

    • Per ICF requirements, coaches are required to have a minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training. Of the 125 hours required, at least 100 hours must be SL hours
    • Coaches that join the PCC Pathway Program will participate in Coaching Practice Labs & Reviews (55 hours) under the supervision of a PCC coach. These 55 hours are included in the SL hours requirements. 
    • Plus, coaches that join this program will also take part in our Masterclass Summit Series (16 hours). These 16 hours are included in the SL hours requirements.

Yes, our program is structured to provide coaches with the added benefit of mentor coaching hours counting towards both mentor coaching and SL hours. 

It’s simple. If you’re not completely satisfied during your first 90 days, you’ll get a full refund. 

All that we ask is for you to ship the hard copies of the coach and client guides that you were sent when you registered.

All programs include lifetime certifications, so there is no renewal fee required for the certifications themselves. After your first year, we offer low monthly fees for continued access to the GCG Platform (digital coaching platform), eLearning, coaching practice labs, and the latest coaching resources, assessments, and tools should you choose to do so.

You are still fully certified for life, even if you choose not to continue using the GCG platform and latest coaching tools, assessments, and resources.
